- Events under $2,500 will require payment in full at the time of booking
- Events over $2,500 will require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance invoice will be due 1 week post event
- We accept ACH bank transfers and all major credit or debit cards, please note for credit card transactions we will charge a 2.99% transaction fee will be added at final billing.
- Any quote amendments or adjustments made during or post event will reflect on the final bill invoice.
- For events requiring 3rd party services such as: glassware rental, additional specialty staff (waiters, busses etc) the total amount quoted will be due at the time of booking if exceeding $1,500.
- No worries We understand things happen, However, if you cancel a scheduled event with less than 7 days notice we will apply a 15% cancellation fee on the total quoted amount, charged to your initial deposit or deducted from a prepayment.
- cancellations with less than 7 days notice, any goods, ingredients, infrastructure purchased or rented will be charged at clients expense as many items are non returnable. Receipts/proof of purchase will be provided.
- Additionally for cancellations with less that 7 days notice, a 20% fee will also be charged on the original quoted amount for staff wages.
- Events cancelled with more than 7 days notice will be refunded in full except for any goods, ingredients, rentals purchased for set event.
In the state of California there is no license requirement needed when serving alcoholic beverages at private events no matter how many guests are present.
This rule applies only if the space hosting the event is not open to the general public and there are no beverage sales or ticket sales at set event.
For events requiring "cash & carry" or sale of alcohol a license will be required regardless of the event being private.
If a liquor (ABC) license is required we are able to obtain with 30 days notice.
This applies to all events no matter the size. 30 days is the state minimum to apply for a daily alcohol catering license
